About the Role
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect who brings together deep HubSpot expertise and strong business understanding. This role is ideal for someone who can diagnose broken revenue processes, design scalable HubSpot architectures, and guide teams and clients through structured implementation.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor for clients — helping them move from messy CRM setups to clean, reliable systems that actually support sales, marketing, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot Architecture & Systems Setup

Design and own HubSpot architecture across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs

Build and optimize pipelines, lifecycle stages, scoring models, and data structures

Create workflows, automation logic, dashboards, and reports

Maintain CRM hygiene across Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets

Troubleshoot sync issues, routing errors, workflow failures, and reporting gaps
RevOps & Process Improvement

Translate client revenue processes into scalable HubSpot configurations

Identify funnel gaps, data issues, handoffs, and reporting blind spots
-
Align HubSpot setups with real business outcomes and revenue goals
Client Discovery & Planning

Lead discovery calls to understand current-state processes

Document requirements and convert them into clear implementation plans

Set realistic expectations around timelines, scope, and dependencies
Implementation Oversight

Guide analysts and implementation teams during delivery

Review complex workflows, migrations, and technical builds

Flag risks early and course-correct when needed
Account & Project Support

Join client calls where technical clarity is required

Share structured updates on progress, delivery, and next steps

Work closely with Sales, CS, and Implementation teams to keep projects on track
Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of hands-on HubSpot experience across multiple hubs

Strong understanding of RevOps, CRM architecture, and GTM workflows

Experience designing complex automations, reporting, and data models

Comfortable with integrations, migrations, and technical troubleshooting

Prior experience working with B2B SaaS or enterprise clients

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects independently
