Job Title: Project/Site Execution Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Paints industry experience required
Candidates must be from Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of painting and coating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
- Plan site activities including inspections, manpower deployment, and material scheduling
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure high-quality surface preparation, application standards, and finishing across projects
- Manage contractors and workforce productivity while enforcing safety and compliance norms
- Monitor project progress, control material consumption, and minimize wastage
- Handle client interactions, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Track performance metrics, submit progress reports, and proactively address execution challenges
Qualification and Skills:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in painting, coatings, or construction project execution
- Strong knowledge of paints, surface preparation, and application techniques
- Experience in contractor management and site operations
- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
