- Manage and maintain the ERP system, including user accounts, access rights, and system performance.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, ERP, email, printers, and other IT-related issues.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, biometric devices, barcode printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Perform regular data backups, recovery, and ensure database integrity and confidentiality.
- Support production operations by maintaining shop-floor IT systems, barcode applications, and production data collection.
- Manage biometric attendance systems and ensure accurate integration with HR and payroll systems.
- Coordinate with ERP, hardware, networking, and software vendors for timely maintenance and issue resolution.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, software licenses, SOPs, and support internal and customer audits.
- Generate and submit timely MIS reports on production, inventory, attendance, dispatch, ERP usage, and IT performance to management.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in a garment or knitwear manufacturing environment.
