About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our GTM
(Go-To-Market) team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads,
explaining products and services, and driving business growth through outbound sales activities. This
role requires a mix of inside sales and field engagement with educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Generate and qualify leads for the GTM/Sales team.
- Explain product offerings and build customer interest.
- Schedule product demos and follow-ups.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions to present
Teachmint’s products and solutions.
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for key stakeholders
and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and customer
experience.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Customer relationship management and lead generation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, field visits, and client interactions.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Quick learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and teamwork skills.
- MBA Freshers or graduates with strong sales aptitude preferred.
- IT/Hardware off-roll sales candidates are also encouraged to apply.
