We are looking for an experienced Zoho Implementation Specialist with a strong background in retail setup, inventory management, and Indian tax compliance to configure our Zoho POS and Zoho Inventory systems from scratch.
This is a short-term, project-based contract role. The ideal candidate must have prior, hands-on experience deploying Zoho retail solutions and mapping complex tax structures.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):POS System Configuration: Set up the full Zoho POS interface, customize billing receipt templates, integrate payment gateways, and establish daily register closure workflows.
Inventory & Catalog Management: Structure our product catalog, set up multi-location stock tracking, and configure reorder points.
Taxation & HSN Setup: Ensure 100% compliance by accurately mapping HSN codes and GST rates to all inventory items.
System Integration: Seamlessly link Zoho POS, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books to ensure real-time data and accounting synchronization.Data Migration: Format and import our current product lists, pricing matrices, and opening stock counts using Excel/CSV files.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):Experience: Proven portfolio or references of past Zoho POS and Zoho Inventory setups.
Tax Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian GST laws, item-wise tax slabs, and HSN code mapping.Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency with Zoho integrations, data migration via CSV, and resolving sync errors.
Communication: Ability to provide a clear handover walkthrough and basic training upon project completion.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
