- Develop and present innovative interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards using industry-standard software.
- Select and recommend materials, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and décor elements.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.
- Conduct site visits to oversee work progress, quality control, and adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and budget constraints.
- Research and stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Prepare and manage project estimates, BOQs, and procurement lists.
- Handle client presentations and feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry professionals to source high-quality materials
