About the Role:
We are looking for a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist to join our private equity firm. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
- Maintain the reception area to a high standard of professionalism
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
- Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist with general office administration
- Handle basic office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Open and close office
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Tamil is a bonus)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹16,000-₹18,000 per month
- Monday to Friday work schedule (Weekends off)
