We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Coordinator / Interpreter who is fluent in Burmese and Arabic to join our growing team and support marketing coordination, client handling, and interpretation activities.
Position: Marketing Coordinator (Burmese Language Specialist)
Key Responsibilities for Interpreter Role
- Interpret verbal communication between Burmese-speaking patients and medical staff.
- Translate documents, messages, emails, and reports from Burmese to English and vice versa.
- Assist international patients during hospital visits, appointments, and treatment coordination.
- Support patient communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth patient assistance.
- Maintain patient records and follow-up communication.
- Ensure accurate and confidential interpretation of medical information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Fluency in Burmese (Myanmar Language), Arabic (Arabs Language) and English is mandatory.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Communication, Internet Usage).
✔ Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to handle international client communication professionally.
✔ Prior experience in marketing coordination, customer service, international communication, or medical tourism will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with excellent language skills may also apply.
