Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring critical patients continuously to ensure clinical stability.
- Leading the immediate medical response during sudden patient deterioration or cardiac arrests.
- Managing and adjusting life-support equipment, including mechanical ventilators.
- Performing essential invasive procedures such as intubations and central line placements.
- Assessing patients in the emergency department or wards to determine the need for ICU admission.
- Coordinating daily care plans with the nursing team.
- Communicating complex medical updates and prognosis clearly and empathetically to patients' families.
Qualifications
- MBBS+MD/DNB/DA in Anesthesia or IDCCM
Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
