Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Installing new AC units, including ductwork, wiring, and airflow control systems.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Inspecting and diagnosing AC systems to identify malfunctions and performance issues.
- Repair and Replacement: Repairing or replacing faulty components like compressors, motors, fans, condensers, evaporators, or thermostats.
- Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance, including cleaning and adjusting systems.
- Safety: Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of work performed and equipment used.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration, and electrical wiring.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot AC issues.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other technicians.
- Physical Skills: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
