We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and agile Head of HR to lead our human resources department. Operating in the fast-paced IT industry, you will be responsible for shaping our people strategy, nurturing a high-performance tech culture, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
As a key leadership figure, you will champion employee engagement, talent retention, and robust compliance management while directly managing our HR team.
Key Information
- Experience: 8–10 years of core HR experience (ideally with significant exposure to the IT/Tech industry).
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days max (Quick Joiner required).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. You must be able to influence leadership and articulate empathy and clarity to employees at all levels.
- Interpersonal & Conflict Resolution: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a proven track record of solving complex interpersonal conflicts and managing diverse team dynamics.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the IT ecosystem, tech roles, and the nuances of managing software engineers and technical professionals.
- Compliance Expertise: Sharp, up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, statutory compliance, and corporate governance.
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
