- Oversee daily operations and workflow within the operation theatre to ensure timely surgical procedures.
- Manage and allocate OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and support staff, to maintain adequate coverage.
- Ensure all OT equipment, instruments, and supplies are available, sterilized, and functioning properly.
- Monitor and implement infection control practices and safety guidelines as per hospital standards.
- Coordinate with surgeons and anesthetists to schedule surgeries and prioritize emergency cases.
- Maintain accurate records of surgeries, staff attendance, and OT inventory.
- Lead training, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives for OT personnel.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the operating theatre staff.
- Maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals.
- Monitor and assess the performance of the operating theatre team.
- Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
