Responsibility 1: Software & Systems Management Strong working experience with Australian accounting software, including:o Xeroo MYOBo QuickBooks Onlineo HandiLedger Ability to manage and reconcile data across multiple accounting systems. Support system migrations and software integrations when required.Responsibility 2: Full-Cycle Accounting Management Manage complete accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-endclosings. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and IFRS. Provide financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior management to supportbusiness decisions.Responsibility 3: Quality, Compliance & Team Leadership Train, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff. Maintain team discipline, productivity, and professional development. Lead and support the accounting team while fostering a positive and collaborativework environment. Ensure adherence to Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements, andinternal quality controls.Responsibility 4: Team Collaboration Work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Demonstrate professionalism, mutual respect, and a positive attitude towardcolleagues and stakeholders. Promote strong team bonding and healthy working relationships.Responsibility 5: Commitment & Accountability Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.
