Job Description
We are looking for a competent VMC Programmer and Setter to use VMC machinery safely and accurately to perform a variety of functions. Your job is important since some materials are not easy to shape or handle manually or with conventional equipment.
VMC Programmer are highly skilled professionals, able to work with great concentration and precision. They must be responsible and comply with all safety guidelines. A keen eye for detail and great mechanical aptitude are also essential.
The goal is to produce high quality parts and materials by programming machines to perform the right operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare VMC Programming for new Products.
- Prepare tooling list for develops a new part.
- Strong Drawing reading & interpretation skills.
- He should be able to help operators increase of difficulties.
- Prevention maintenance of machines.
- Calculation of Cycle time and coasting of new components.
- Able to 2 to 3 operators’ supervisor.
- observe machine operation to verify accuracy of machine settings and to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, using precision measuring instruments such as micrometre and dial calliper.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as VMC operator and programming min 1-3 years
- Has Used 5 Axis & 4 Axis VMC's.
- Blueprint Reading
- Proficiency in Solid Works/Master Cam & Solid Cam
- Skill in operating VMC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
- Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD/CAM
- Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
- A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
- Good communication abilities
- diploma & B. Tech in Mechanical engineering
- Successfully completed apprenticeship is required.
- Preferred Control Syntec & FANUC Both.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
