Position: Production Manager – Wedding
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end event production for weddings and social events.
- Manage venue setup, décor installation, fabrication, staging, lighting, sound, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, production agencies, and venue teams.
- Prepare and manage production schedules, timelines, and manpower allocation.
- Conduct venue recce and site inspections to assess production requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement, transportation, and installation of event materials.
- Supervise on-site production teams during setup, event execution, and dismantling.
- Monitor event budgets and control production costs.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure flawless execution as per client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the planning, design, and client servicing teams.
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in event production, wedding management, or live events.
- Strong knowledge of wedding décor, fabrication, AV, lighting, and event logistics.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work on weekends, holidays, and extended event hours.

Salary : 40,000 to 60,000 Rs. per month (As per eligibility)
