Leading PLM platform management activities and ensuring platform availability
Managing incidents, requests, monitoring alerts, RCA / 8D follow-up and operational reporting
Supporting infrastructure and application maintenance, including provisioning, securization, OS / DB patching, certificates, licenses and access management
Improving and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools such as ELK, Jenkins, Splunk, OvO, ServiceNow or equivalent
Planning and supporting 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades, including configuration, data migration, issue resolution and lessons learned
Supervising DevOps activities, including automation improvements, deployments, database refreshes and post-deployment smoke / MATC testing
Maintaining knowledge base, runbooks and weekly / monthly reporting on platform health, automation gains, incidents, risks and improvements
You are an experienced profile able to lead and support PLM platform operations across multiple environments, including production, test, integration, incubation, OOTB and development environments.
You have a strong experience in PLM / 3DEXPERIENCE, DevOps, infrastructure, monitoring and production support.
