HR monitors employee performance, conducts appraisals, provides feedback, and assists managers in setting performance goals.
5. Compensation and Benefits
HR manages salaries, incentives, bonuses, leave benefits, insurance, and other employee welfare programs.
6. Employee Relations
HR maintains healthy relationships between employees and management, resolves workplace conflicts, and addresses employee grievances.
