- Assess client needs and recommend suitable hair/scalp treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and expected outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into consultations or treatment .
- Handle client queries, objections, and post-treatment support.
