Hiring: MEP Engineer – Hospitality Sector
Location: AT Polo Forest, Vijay Nagar, District: Sabarkantha Gujarat
We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled MEP Engineer to join our hospitality projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across hotel and hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, ELV, and other building services.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and other project teams.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with approved designs, project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.
- Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and workmanship.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and site-related MEP challenges.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems in hospitality facilities.
- Ensure energy efficiency, reliability, and smooth operation of building services.
- Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and other required technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems.
- Good understanding of MEP coordination, drawings, and site execution.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
