Job Description:
- Developing, writing, and curating engaging content (stories, reels, captions) tailored to specific platforms and audiences
- Managing the content calendar to ensure a consistent, timely, and organized posting schedule across all platforms.
- Actively engaging with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty.
- Monitoring, spotting, and applying industry trends, trending audio, and hashtags to increase content visibility.
- Using tools like Meta Business insights to track performance metrics (engagement, reach) and preparing reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensuring all content aligns with the company’s voice, branding, and messaging guidelines.
- Assisting in identifying and coordinating with influencers or third-party collaborators.
- Designing engaging graphics and visuals using tools like Canva for social posts.
- Assist in the setup, monitoring and basic optimization of paid campaigns within Meta Ads Manager.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong copywriting abilities and visual editing skills.
- Deep understanding of current social trends and meme culture.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
