Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms
- Manage client onboarding processes from start to finish
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure a smooth and positive client experience at every touchpoint
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
