Beyond counseling, you will own the business commitments of the center, ensuring smooth operational workflows, timely collections, and absolute customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Educational Counseling, Front-Office Management, Center Operations, or Concept Sales (Experience in training institutes or CAD/IT education centers is a huge plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and the local language. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust instantly.

- Salary: All-inclusive Consolidated Fixed Monthly Salary (commensurate with experience) + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.
