Job Role : Sourcing Sales / Channel Partners (Real Estate background only)
Location : Bangalore , Yalahanka
Experience : 4 - 8 yrs
Roles & Responsibility :
- Identification of Channel Partners, signing them up to generate business for the firm.
- Identify good channel partners in the market, connect on regular basis and promote our projects to them.
- Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities.
- Developing marketing sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes. - Preparing weekly, monthly MIS of site walk-ins, client database.
- Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to generate new business
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close2 deals.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master degree Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience into real estate sales industry.
- Experience in full sales cycle including fixing appointment to deal closing.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Dynamic self-motivated, result-oriented professional with a positive outlook never give up attitude.
- Structured and process oriented, zeal for multitasking Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures.
- Location: Bangalore (Yelahanka)
- Salary as per the industry standards: B/w 8 to 10 Lakhs
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
