Trailblazer Consults is looking for an experienced and passionate French Language Trainer to prepare students for the Test d'Évaluation de Français (TEF). The trainer will conduct live online classes for students who are primarily based in Canada, so flexibility to teach according to Canadian time zones is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online French language training focused on TEF preparation.
- Teach all four language skills – Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Design lesson plans, assignments, mock tests, and practice sessions.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Help students achieve their target TEF scores through personalized guidance.
- Maintain a positive and interactive online learning environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching French, preferably TEF preparation.
- Strong command of the French language (B2/C1/C2 or equivalent proficiency preferred).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Prior experience conducting online classes using Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on students' learning needs.
- Must be available to teach during Canadian time zones (evening/night hours in India) with flexible scheduling.
Preferred Qualifications
- TEF/TCF/DELF/DALF certification or equivalent.
- Experience teaching students planning to immigrate or study in Canada.
- Familiarity with TEF exam patterns and evaluation criteria.
