Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis
- Verify contractor bills and client billing work
- Measure quantities as per drawings and site execution
- Maintain project costing and material reconciliation records
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control
- Ensure accuracy in billing and documentation processes
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing
- Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to handle site measurements and documentation
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
