We are looking for an energetic, well-presented, and highly personable Patient Coordinator to be the face of our hospital. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, creating exceptional patient experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Your job includes and not limited to:
- Welcoming and assisting patients and visitors
- Managing appointments, registrations, and follow-ups
- Allot rooms and help in discharge summary
- Coordinating between doctors, patients, and departments
- Handling phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and patient communications
- Ensuring a smooth and pleasant patient experience from arrival to departure
- Supporting hospital operations and front-office administration
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
