Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers, develop effective sourcing strategies, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while helping the organization attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring programs when required.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share recruitment best practices.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience managing end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Sales, or Corporate functions.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Experience with employer branding and talent mapping.
- HR certification is an added advantage.
