Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Implementer to help customers use software solutions successfully. The role involves software testing, customer support, training, problem-solving, and coordinating with developers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Test software features and customizations before delivery.
- Identify issues and coordinate with developers for fixes.
- Help set up and implement software solutions for customers.
- Train users on software usage and best practices.
- Support customers by resolving queries and providing guidance.
- Maintain project updates and documentation.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and software applications.
- Interest in technology, business processes, and customer interaction.
- Willingness to learn Tally, ERP software, and new technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualification
B.Com, BMS, M.Com, BSc IT, BCA, MCA, BE/BTech, or equivalent.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Knowledge of Tally, Accounting, Software Testing, Databases, or Business Applications will be an added advantage.
