Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Pharma Warehouse

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Manager / Sr. Manager – Pharma Warehouse to lead and manage end-to-end pharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The candidate should possess strong expertise in pharma warehousing, team management, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Manage both B2B and B2C warehouse operations efficiently.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service levels.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse KPIs and SLAs.
Inventory Management
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and periodic physical stock verification.
- Manage batch-wise, expiry-wise, and temperature-sensitive inventory.
- Implement and monitor FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and FIFO practices.
- Monitor stock ageing and minimize inventory losses.
Pharma Compliance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP), SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain warehouse audit readiness and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance as per pharmaceutical standards.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Conduct training programs on warehouse processes, safety, and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Develop and monitor warehouse MIS and operational reports.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, quality, and finance teams for seamless operations.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, housekeeping, and security procedures.
- Implement risk management and preventive measures within warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
Experience
- Experience Required: Candidate should have experience in handling both B2B and B2C Pharma Warehouse Operations.
- Manager: 8–12 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations.
- Sr. Manager: 12–15+ years of experience, including significant leadership experience in managing large pharma warehouse operations.
