- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards.
- Ensure incoming raw materials meet approved specifications before production.
- Conduct in-process inspections at every stage of manufacturing.
- Approve final products before packing and dispatch.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Identify root causes of quality issues and coordinate with Production and Tool Room teams to eliminate defects.
- Monitor defect rates and implement measures to reduce rejections and wastage.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
- Ensure all measuring instruments are calibrated and maintained.
- Train QC inspectors and production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits and process audits.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to maintain product quality.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and applicable quality standards.
- Review new product samples and approve them before mass production.
- Monitor supplier quality performance and recommend improvements where required.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
