Job Summary
The Sr. Executive – Maintenance will be responsible for handling maintenance operations across 15–20 kitchens in Delhi NCR. The role includes preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, utilities, and facility infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations with minimum downtime.
This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel across locations. Candidates must own a bike.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain ovens, mixers, compressors, conveyors, HVAC systems, DG sets, pumps, and utility equipment
- Check and maintain electrical panels, wiring, DBs, lighting systems, and exhaust systems
- Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain service logs and maintenance records
Facility Maintenance
- Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and civil maintenance work
- Ensure smooth functioning of kitchen infrastructure and utilities
- Coordinate with vendors and supervise repair work when required
- Support shifting, installation, and material handling activities
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of machine and utility areas
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines and SOPs
- Use proper PPE and maintenance tools
- Report unsafe conditions and ensure safe shutdown procedures before repairs
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Basic understanding of plumbing and civil repair work
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple sites independently
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance standards
Working Conditions
- Extensive field work across Delhi NCR
- Bike is mandatory for daily travel
- Shift-based and on-call support may be required
- Exposure to heat, noise, and industrial kitchen environments
