Job Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business, manage enterprise sales, and contribute to revenue growth for our IT services and AI-powered solutions. In this role, you’ll identify opportunities, build client relationships, and lead deals from prospecting to closure.

If you have strong B2B sales experience, understand IT services and SaaS solutions, and are driven to meet targets, this is your calling.

4-6 years of experience in business development, B2B IT sales, or enterprise account management.
Strong B2B selling and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of IT services, SaaS, and digital transformation solutions.
Strong technical awareness in selling IT solutions.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity qualification.
Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Strong client communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
Experience in proposal creation, RFP responses, and business reporting.
Strong time management and strategic planning skills.
Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities and enterprise accounts.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
Lead client engagements from prospecting to contract closure.
Drive sales across products, solutions, and geographies using a solution-selling approach.
Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
Evaluate and participate in industry events to drive brand presence and lead capture.
Track lead lifecycle, conversions, and revenue performance metrics.
Prepare and present regular sales and business performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives.
Lead proposal development, RFP responses, and pricing negotiations.
Deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
