Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and manage period-end financial closing
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track business performance
- Develop MIS reports and KPI dashboards for management review
- Manage and monitor Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice verification, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, follow-ups, and customer reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions related to AP/AR
- Handle finance operations including payroll, taxation, audits, and statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Support leadership with financial planning and business decision-making
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
Requirements
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or B.Com / M.Com with strong accounting fundamentals
- 4–8 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or finance operations
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and MIS reporting
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Tally
- Experience in Zoho Books
- Exposure to GFS/HFM or consolidation tools is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
