Job Summary
VR Power Equipments (P) Ltd is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead our Telecom Infrastructure projects across the Gujarat circle. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the TSP (Turnkey Solution Provider) vertical, specifically driving Indus Towers New Built (NB) projects. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution, ensuring civil, electrical, and telecom works meet absolute quality standards, budgets, and strict rollout timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Project End-to-End Execution: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Indus Towers New Built (NB) site rollouts across Gujarat, from site survey and acquisition to final handover.
- Civil & Electrical Operations: Supervise and sign off on all civil construction work (foundation, tower erection, boundary walls) and electrical installations (DG sets, electrical panels, cabling, and EB power connections).
- Vendor & Team Management: Coordinate with sub-contractors, field supervisors, and technicians. Drive daily progress and resolve bottlenecks on-site.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Indus Towers regional teams, ensuring seamless project reporting, documentation, and compliance with client specifications.
- Billing & Material Coordination: Track material supply chains, optimize resource deployment, and facilitate timely project milestone sign-offs for billing clearance.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all structural, electrical, and environmental safety regulations are strictly adhered to by field teams.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core project management experience strictly within the TSP vertical of telecom infrastructure.
- Project Expertise: Proven track record of managing Indus Towers projects and handling New Built (NB) site deployments is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical understanding of both civil work standards and electrical/power infrastructure requirements for telecom towers.
- Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage multi-location field teams and contractors effectively.
- Language & Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the Gujarat circle. Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Gujarati is a strong advantage.

- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 CTC (commensurate with experience and current CTC)
