We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Growth Manager to lead our expansion in Jaipur and Rajasthan. This is a leadership opportunity for professionals who thrive on client acquisition, relationship management, and building high-performing partner networks.
What You'll Do
- Drive acquisition of Retail, HNI, and Corporate clients.
- Build and expand a strong network of Authorised Persons (APs), Sub-Brokers, Referral Partners, and IFAs.
- Increase trading volumes, brokerage revenue, and client engagement.
- Develop strategic partnerships with CAs, wealth managers, fintech companies, and corporate organizations.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, and Wealth Management solutions.
- Work closely with senior leadership to execute growth strategies and expand our market presence.
We're Looking For
5 years of experience in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
Strong network within the broking and financial services ecosystem.
Proven ability to achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets.
Deep understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and Demat/Trading Accounts.
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Background
Professionals with experience at leading brokerage firms such as Zerodha, Angel One, Motilal Oswal, ICICI Direct, HDFC Securities, Sharekhan, Upstox, Groww, Kotak Securities, Axis Securities, or similar organizations are encouraged to apply.
