We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our growing team. If you have strong expertise in quantity surveying, billing, cost control, and contract management, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
Prepare and verify BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Handle client billing and subcontractor billing.
Monitor project costs and prepare cost reports.
Verify measurements and certify work completed.
Prepare rate analysis for extra items and variations.
Coordinate with project, planning, procurement, and site teams.
Review contracts and manage variation claims.
Track material reconciliation and project budget utilization.
Ensure timely submission of bills and payment follow-ups.
Maintain accurate QS documentation and MIS reports.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
6–10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, estimation, rate analysis, and cost control.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/software related to quantity surveying.
Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
