Pace Forex is a growing foreign currency exchange company committed to delivering reliable and compliant forex services to individuals, businesses, and travelers since 2015. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team and support our day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and journal entries.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
- Reconcile foreign currency transactions and ensure proper accounting of forex operations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com). CA Inter or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the forex, financial services, banking, or NBFC sector.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
