Position: F&B Service GSA Department: Food & Beverage Key Responsibilities: · Greet and seat guests, present menus, and share daily specials · Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system · Serve orders, replenish water and bread, and clear tables promptly · Set up and break down dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings · Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service and special requests · Handle guest inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed · Process bills and thank guests upon departure Requirements: · Previous F&B service experience (preferred) · Basic English communication skills · Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and carry trays · Well-groomed, polite, and a team player Reports to: F&B Supervisor / Captain
