About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (LinkedIn Lead Generation & International Sales) who can contribute meaningfully to revenue growth by generating and nurturing international business opportunities through LinkedIn and other outbound channels.
This role goes beyond lead generation. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle from identifying prospects and conducting discovery conversations to negotiating commercials, closing deals, and supporting long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. LinkedIn Lead Generation & Client Engagement
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other professional networks.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, geography, company size, and decision-makers.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Initiate conversations with prospects and schedule discovery calls.
- Understand client requirements, business challenges, and project objectives.
2. Sales Execution & Proposal Management
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst and Project Management teams to understand project scope and prepare proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to validate project estimates and timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and commercial terms with clients.
- Submit customized proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Follow up consistently to drive deal closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract confirmation.
3. Account Management & Growth
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Generate repeat business through continuous client engagement and relationship management.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2 – 6 years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Sales, Business Development, or SDR roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outbound prospecting.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting discovery calls with international clients.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and CRM tools.
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to grow into a senior sales role.
