Key Responsibilities
- Handle holiday package inquiries (Domestic & International)
- Design customized travel itineraries as per client requirements
- Provide destination knowledge, visa guidance & travel tips
- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines & vendors
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain CRM records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle post-booking support and customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of experience in travel sales / travel consultancy
- Strong knowledge of international destinations and domestic destinations (Bali, Europe, Dubai, Thailand, Vietnam etc.)
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to create attractive itineraries
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of GDS (preferred but not mandatory)
