- Document Authentication: Examine IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passports), address proofs, and educational/employment certificates for forgeries, tampering, or missing details. [1]
- Data Validation: Cross-reference applicant information with official databases, issuing authorities, or internal company guidelines.
- Discrepancy Management: Identify inconsistencies and escalate suspicious, fake, or mismatched files to compliance or fraud control teams.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain organized logs of verified documents in the company’s internal content management systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with clients, candidates, or internal departments to request missing documents or clarify information.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly MIS (Management Information System) reports tracking verification status and KPIs.
