Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers through networking, cold calling, and digital leads.
- Property Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and property tours, effectively highlighting unique selling points.
- Sales Conversion: Guide clients through the entire sales process—from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong database of clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and competitor projects to provide expert advice to clients.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead statuses in the company Database.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
