We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee the operation, maintenance, and management of construction plant machinery and equipment at project sites. The candidate should have extensive experience in handling heavy construction equipment and ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the operation and maintenance of construction plant and machinery at site.
· Handle and monitor RMC (Ready-Mix Concrete) Plant / R & C Plant operations and maintenance activities.
· Ensure smooth functioning and preventive maintenance of Concrete Pumps, Tower Cranes, Builder Hoists, and construction machinery.
· Coordinate with site teams for equipment deployment and operational requirements.
· Diagnose mechanical issues and arrange timely repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
· Maintain maintenance schedules, equipment records, and service logs.
· Ensure safety procedures and operational standards are followed at all times.
· Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
· Coordinate with vendors and technicians for servicing and spare parts procurement.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical operations and maintenance in the real estate/construction industry.
· Strong hands-on experience in RMC Plant operations, Concrete Pumps, Tower Cranes, Builder Hoists, and other construction equipment.
· Good troubleshooting and team supervision skills.
· Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
