Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling construction equipment to prospective customers, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships. This role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting product presentations, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The candidate is expected to represent the company professionally and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market research activities.
- Meet potential customers and present company products and solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and applications.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals as per company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with service and spare parts teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and customer retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
