Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced RMC Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales growth for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business. The candidate will be responsible for developing new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective market development and coordination with plant and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in RMC sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with RMC plant, dispatch, and QC teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and follow up on leads.
- Support collection activities and ensure timely payments from clients.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in RMC sales & marketing.
- Strong knowledge of RMC products, pricing, and market dynamics.
- Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
