We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our clients’ social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, client management, and coordinating with the design and posting teams to ensure smooth execution of social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) aligned with each client's brand and goals.
- Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their social media objectives are met.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the design and posting teams to maintain a seamless workflow for content production and scheduling.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to grow audience engagement and reach.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, making adjustments to optimize results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fresher /1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Experience managing clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) and scheduling platforms (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
