Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development/Sales professionals to join our real estate team in Mohali. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing sales to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including referrals, walk-ins, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication to drive conversions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
