About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our team as Odoo ERP Functional Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates interested in business processes, ERP systems, consulting, and technology-driven business solutions.
As a trainee, you will receive hands-on training in Odoo ERP and gain practical exposure to ERP implementation, business analysis, client interactions, testing, and support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work with Odoo ERP modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Project Management.
- Understand and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare user guides, training materials, and business process documentation.
- Conduct system testing and report issues or improvements.
- Support end users by providing basic functional assistance and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with consultants and project teams to deliver ERP solutions.
- Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and requirement-gathering activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with business applications.
- Interest in ERP systems, business processes, and consulting.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of business operations such as sales, inventory, purchasing, accounting, or HR.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or similar productivity tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
