Customer Support Executive
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹30,000 /month
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer queries.
- Provide accurate solutions and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Update customer details and interaction history in the database.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0-2 years experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹9,783.54 - ₹28,199.93 per month
