Providing technical assistance to clients within SLA
- Willing to work on 24×7 project including shift & weekend
- Helping customers generate reports
- Good analytical and communication skills
B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent

3 to 7 yrs of total experience
- 3+ yrs of experience in Functional knowledge of Oracle Retail POS, Oracle Xstore POS or GK POS is MUST
- Experience in troubleshooting and log analysis
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL
- Creating reports with Bugzilla, Excel, ppt
- Experience with SVN, GIT
- Tools: Bugzilla, Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab
Others
Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Good to have)
